When you access our services, you're agreeing to work with us responsibly to make this possible. We promise to be transparent about costs, timelines, and what you can expect at every step.

2. Who We Are and What We Do

Tiny Pay Dental Australia is an initiative by Affordable Smile Network Pty Ltd. We coordinate appointments between patients and qualified dental professionals, and we help manage affordable repayment arrangements. What we don't do is provide dental treatment that's the responsibility of independent, qualified dentists registered with the Australian Dental Council.

3. Your Application

When you apply with us, we ask you to be honest and upfront. By submitting an application, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are an Australian resident or eligible migrant
• All information you provide is true and accurate
• You genuinely believe you can manage the repayment arrangement
• You apply with the sincere intention to maintain agreed payments

4. Approval and Eligibility

Not all applications are approved. We carefully assess each application to ensure the applicant can comfortably manage their repayment arrangement. We consider factors like income verification, employment status, and your ability to commit to small, regular payments. This isn't about turning people away it's about making sure we can help you succeed.

5. Your Repayment Arrangement

If your application is approved, you'll enter into a repayment agreement with us. Here's what you agree to:

• Pay according to the agreed schedule whether that's weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
• Pay the agreed amount, which will never exceed $3 per day
• Notify us immediately if your circumstances change and you're struggling to pay
• Stay in contact with us and respond to our communications
• Keep your agreed repayment arrangement defaulting damages not just your ability to get help, but future Australians' access to this service

6. What You Get

Our guarantee to you is simple:

• 0% Interest: You pay only the cost of treatment, nothing extra
• No Hidden Charges: Complete transparency about what you'll pay and when
• No Pre-Closure Charges: Pay off early without penalties
• No Lock-In Contracts: Freedom and flexibility to adjust if needed
• $1-$3 per day: Payments designed for everyday Australians managing family budgets

7. Dental Treatment and Clinical Responsibility

You understand that Tiny Pay Dental Australia is not a dental provider. All treatment is provided by independently practicing dentists who are registered with the Australian Dental Council. These dentists are responsible for:

• Professional diagnosis and treatment recommendations
• Obtaining your informed consent before treatment
• Providing treatment to professional standards
• Quality of care and clinical outcomes

We coordinate appointments and manage your repayment support. The dentist manages your clinical care. It's a partnership designed to serve you better.

8. If You Miss a Payment

Life happens, and sometimes circumstances change. If you miss a payment or are struggling:

• We'll contact you to understand what's happening
• We'll work with you to find reasonable solutions if your situation has genuinely changed
• We'll give you the opportunity to get back on track
• Ongoing defaults, without communication or effort to resolve, may result in recovery action in accordance with Australian law
• If recovery action is necessary, costs may apply and become your responsibility

We're not here to be punitive we're here to help. But we also need to maintain trust in the system so we can continue helping future Australians.

9. The 5-Step Process

Your journey with us is straightforward:

• Step 1 - Submit Enquiry: Fill in our online form with your details
• Step 2 - Application Review: Our team reviews your application fairly and thoroughly
• Step 3 - Appointment Arrangement: We coordinate your appointment with an approved dentist in your area
• Step 4 - Get Treatment: Receive your dental care from a qualified professional
• Step 5 - Choose Repayment Schedule: Select weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments that work for your budget

10. Your Privacy and Data

We collect personal information to process your application and manage your repayment arrangement. Your information is handled securely and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will never sell your information or use it for purposes beyond supporting your dental care access.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may view and print pages for your own information, but you may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our website for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary information

12. Responsible Application

We ask you to apply responsibly. This support system is built on trust. If you know you can't genuinely manage the repayment arrangement, please don't apply. If circumstances change after approval, communicate with us. Together, we can make this work.

These terms are governed by Australian law, specifically the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the courts located in New South Wales.
